CHEMBLAST 4100 Pretreatment
CHEMBLAST 4100 is a proprietary pretreatment developed by Chicago Anodizing Company that creates a uniform glass-bead blasted appearance, chemically. The process helps mask tooling marks, extrusion lines, and imperfections in raw material, while simultaneously creating a smooth and uniform matte finish that is aesthetically appealing. CHEMBLAST 4100 can be used on all alloys and castings, and parts can then be TYPE II or TYPE III anodized and dyed to customer specifications. CHEMBLAST 4100 has been utilized by every industry that Chicago Anodizing services and continues to be a very popular pretreatment option with new and existing customers.
